Returns and Refunds

You can return most items within [5] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Fill in the bracketed items before publishing.

• Condition: items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable: [custom-made items, perishables, underwear, opened hygiene products, gift cards].
• How to return: email [store email] or call [phone] with your order number. We will confirm the return address and steps.
• Return shipping: we pay if the item is faulty or wrong; otherwise the customer pays.
• Refunds: paid to the original payment method within [7–10] business days of us receiving and checking the item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by [bank transfer / store credit].
• Faulty or damaged items: report within [7] days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund, as the case may be.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Qatar's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008).

• Free shipping: on orders over [QAR 200].
• Tracking: a tracking link is sent by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
• Delays: delivery times are estimates. Weather, public holidays and customs can cause delays.
• Wrong address: please check your address. Re-delivery after a failed attempt may cost extra.
• Customs: international buyers pay any import duties and taxes.

Privacy

Terms of Service

• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and disputes go to the competent courts of Qatar.
